The value for the money was exceptional, with a modern and clean room and a stunning view of the lake from the balcony. The location was also perfect, within walking distance of great restaurants, and the staff treated us with exceptional friendliness and professionalism.

The breathtaking view from the second-floor room was absolutely stunning. It was truly a sight to behold. the cosy and comfortable room provided a welcoming atmosphere. The spacious and well-designed bathroom was another highlight. It was a pleasant surprise to find a lovely terrace where I could relax and enjoy the surroundings. The hotel's small size meant that it never felt overcrowded. The breakfast provided was of good quality, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The inconvenience of the separate management for the bar and restaurant. Having to deal with receipts and payments for every coffee or drink was a minor annoyance, especially when spending a whole day by the pool.

Nothing too much trouble, it was dope! Really enjoyed a personal safe, air conditioning, and a mini bar in the room. Magnificent and beautiful location, Villafranca airport was 25 km away.

The limited hanging space in the wardrobe, as we would have liked more storage for our clothes. A few extra drawers and a full-length mirror would have been helpful.

We arrived on the first night at 7 pm and were not able to use the hotel restaurant or room service due to a special event. It was a bit disappointing as we had been traveling all day.
